Merchandise Return

If it is necessary to return merchandise simply follow the instructions. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of order receipt in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price. If your merchandise was damaged in shipping, not working properly or if you received the incorrect item, Outdoor Northwest will pay the cost of the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise

  1. E-mail  customer service within 15 days of receipt of order outdoorscustomer@yahoo.com. 
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
  3. Ship order back to us along with a copy of your invoice and RMA number.
  4. Merchandise must be shipped with freight pre-paid using a traceable shipping method.
  5. Forward tracking number to our office at time of return.
  6. Return merchandise must be in its original condition when received to receive full refund.
  7. Outdoor Northwest is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  8. All returns are subject to approval.
